Often overshadowed by its famous sibling, The Ranch has quietly earned the affection of members who value its playability and rhythm. The front nine winds through sandy pine forests, combining sweeping par fives with devilish par threes that demand every club in your bag. From the tips, it’s a great driver’s course—strategic, challenging, and honest.
While the Quarry dazzles with spectacle, the Ranch delights with nuance. It’s golf you can play every day and never tire of. There are no forced carries, no gimmicks—just natural landforms and Fazio’s architectural poetry. With four additional sets of tees, it’s playable for beginners yet testing for scratch golfers. The back nine, which pairs beautifully with the Highlands, shares the same rolling sand-scrape terrain and elevation changes framed by longleaf pines.
Members often call the Ranch “Florida’s most underrated course,” and they’re probably right. It’s the kind of layout that grows on you—like a good song you can’t stop humming. In fact, this January, the course will host the LIV Golf Tour’s annual qualifying event, featuring a host of the world’s top players.
