Florida State University’s John Pak Reveals What’s in the Bag

John Pak is the most decorated Florida State Seminole golfer of all-time, and that’s saying a lot. Tallahassee has produced some good ones: Hubert Green, Kenny Knox, Paul Azinger, Jeff Sluman, Jonas Blixt, Daniel Berger and Brooks Koepka to name a few. Pak is like the Charlie Ward or Jameis Winston of college golf, he won every individual award there is.

Pak’s list of trophies includes the 2021 Jack Nicklaus Award for the national college player of the year, the 2021 Fred Haskins Award for the outstanding collegiate golfer as voted on by players, coaches and media and the 2021 Ben Hogan Award Presented by PNC Bank, recognizing the most outstanding male amateur and college golfer of the year. In addition, Pak was named to the Walker Cup in 2019 and 2021, as well as the Palmer Cup team in 2020 and he was the low amateur at the 2020 U.S. Open. Pak’s trophy case is loaded.
